Forgot your password?

IS-EC and Storix staff: use Sign in with Microsoft 365. Your Microsoft password is reset the usual Microsoft way, not in Timebook.

Everyone else: ask a Timebook administrator. They give you a temporary password, valid for 7 days; you then choose your own at the next sign-in.

Lost your phone with the authenticator app? Tell the administrator as well: they reset it, and you scan a new QR code at the next sign-in.
